Roby 1800 box

Roby 1800 Box is an automatic casemaker which can produce:

single-piece cases, usually grooved;
three-piece cases for hard cover books;
cases made of up to five pieces, for special jobs such as religious books;
cases with full or half lining;
Max. size 1000 x 600 mm;
Max. mechanical speed: 24 books per minute.

At the delivery of the Roby 1800 Box it is possible to connect a unit for the application of magnets - Magneton.

Symphony

Board grooving machine with extraction of material without dust residues. Allows production of cases or boxes with sharp edges, out of a single piece of board. Available upon request with an automatic delivery (as seen in photo) on a EUR-pallet.

C.I.P.

Automatic station to mount up to two trays onto a 5-piece case with magnets.

It is composed of:

automatic case feeder
hot melt system
tray positioning station
delivery

Possibility of in-line connection with a tray making machine (any model).

Max. tray size: 50 x 50 x 10 cm.

Max. mechanical speed: 1200 pieces per hour.

Bonsai

Solution for the production of luxury boxes (box with a lid or with a wrap-around case). Developed especially for short and medium runs, Bonsai is an integrated solution composed of:

gluing and mounting machine (both for boxes and cases)
automatic box laminating machine
machine to turn a box in from all four sides
possibility of inserting magnets onto a case
